A distant experience as everything was on-line. There were no people involved. There was no signage at the car park and so we were uncomfortable about leaving the car, but due to time constraints we had no choice. All was well, however, until we tried to retrieve our car and the exit code did not work. (It had already been a long day!) Fortunately there was a phone number to ring and after a 5 minute delay we were eventually provided with a new code which allowed us to leave. Pricing - reasonable.
We found it a very good and inexpensive car park experience. We left our car at the Best Western Airport Hotel car park for 59 days. There is a pink line bus shuttle too and from the airport every 20 minutes which worked well. Just two minor problems, not enough information about where to find the hotel shuttle buses actually in the airport or in Travel Cars information. This delay in finding the shuttle bus, waiting for the next one to come. Add to this the fact that our flight arrived late , so when we tried to put the code in to lift the barrier nothing happened, the barrier didn’t move. The hotel staff were uninterested in our problem, but I rang Travel Car and a very helpful staff member sorted it for us immediately. For which we were very grateful. It would appear that because we were an hour later collecting the car than on the eta arrival time we planned to collect the car, the code no longer worked. Reminder to fellow travellers add a little flexibility to the time aspect of your car collection. However, I would thoroughly recommend the services of Travel Car
