Prepare your rental:
- Find your booking in the "Booking" tab in the mobile app.
- Upload all your documents - Driver's license, ID/passport and credit card details.
- Upon arrival at our offices, go to the rental desk so that our representative can validate your uploaded documents.
- Please check the vehicle carefully on departure and return and return it clean (inside and out). Failure to do so may result in a cleaning charge.
- In the case of pick up or delivery between 22:00 -07:00 there is an additional charge.
A few details about the rental process
- The security deposit amount is payable by credit card and must be made prior to rental.
- Your credit card will be pre-approved 72 hours prior to booking or immediately if booked earlier.
- The vehicle must be returned in the same condition and with the same amount of fuel to avoid additional charges.
- Contractual rental terms and conditions will be given to you in hard copy upon pick up of the car. Detailed general terms and conditions are available online as well as in printed form at our dealers' offices
You will need to have the following documents with you:
- Your credit card used for the booking (must be in the name of the main driver);
- A valid form of ID/passport with the same name as your driving license (must be in the driver's name).
- A valid driving license for each driver of the vehicle (in case your driving licence is in a foreign language, we thank you for the official translation),
