Keys must be given to the parking
1. You inform us about 30 minutes before your arrival at departure terminal A by calling the hotline +49 (0) 176 23212316
2. Our employee will contact you with your data (registration number, vehicle model) and will come to you.
3. Then follows a short external vehicle check, the handing over of the keys and the payment (if not paid online).
4. You will receive your personal parking ticket.
5. Your vehicle will be parked by one of our employees and the keys will be kept safe.
