I more than likely will not use travel car again. San Jose California doesn’t have too many off airport options to park at. The experience was bad. The spot where we parked wanted me to leave my keys. I really didn’t want to but at that time in the morning i didn’t have a choice. Upon my return the phone numbers on the travel car website we disconnected. Luckily the ticket had the correct number for the parking lot. I’ll be parking at SJC next time.
Shuttle drivers were low on personality.

Location leaves a lot to be desired.
Used text notification option. It seemed like no one was monitoring. I called after 10 minutes. No answer, but got a callback. Waited over 20 minutes for a pickup.
When I arrived I had mistakenly put the wrong time on my return. I advised the attended that I was arriving at 1pm and not 10am as I originally indicated online. He said no problem. When I returned to retrieve my car, after he gave me my keys, he stated I had an outstanding balance because I was late. I told him that I told the original attendant of my mistake in my arrival time. I was told I needed to pay for another day. I paid it as the attendant was not willing to hear me out, and listen to my explanation. Horrible experience. Great rates but you go wrong at the slightest mistake and you will get charged.
Worked very well for our short trip to Texas. We will use the parking again in a week for another trip.
