Preference is to park the vehicle on Thistlethwaite Street, there is alternative parking at the bottom of the laneway which sits between 99 and 101 Thistlethwaite St. Remove all personal belongings, make sure the vehicle is full of fuel and locked. If you have parked in the parking down the laneway you will see a drawer on the left hand side of our building about 10 metres from the street corner. If you are looking at the building from Thistlethwaite Street you will be looking down the laneway on your left. So follow the wall and you will see the grey drawer about 10 metres down. Open the drawer and as per the instructions place the keys at the back of the drawer and then close. When you reopen the drawer it will confirm that the keys have now been secured in the key safe inside our building. We have CCTV to confirm your time of return but be reminded that the car remains your responsibility until we have closed your rental the following morning.

Your way to SIXT

SIXT South Melbourne is located at 101-109 Thistlethwaite Street just 100 metres from the Montague Street intersection.

By car

If you are driving north along City Road, make a right hand turn into Montague Street and take the first left in Thistlethwaite St and we are just up on the left side of the street.

With public transportation

Catching a Tram there are two options: The 96 Tram from Southern Cross Station to St Kilda you need to disembark at tram stop 126 (City Road) and walk in a southerly direction to City Road, cross at the lights, turn right into Montague Street and the left into Thistlethwaite St. The walk is approximately 650m and will take about 7 mins. The 1 Tram from Flinders Street Station is destined for South Melbourne Beach. You need to get off at tram stop 127 which is Montague and Park St. Stay on Montague St which is a north westerly direction and turn left into Thistlethwaite St. It's a 750m walk which should take about 8 mins.
