On your arrival drive with your vehicle directly to the entrance of your booked parking space. Please do not take a ticket. If you have pulled a ticket by mistake, leave the parking area immediately and use your QR code to re-enter the parking area.

In case of problems at the entrance or exit, please press the information button. The parking control centre is available around the clock and will be happy to help you.

Entry/exit by licence plate recognition: 

You have entered your vehicle registration number during the booking process. Please drive your vehicle slowly to the barrier. Your vehicle registration number is recorded and the barrier opens automatically after a few seconds. 

If your license plate number has changed or the barrier does not open automatically, please use the QR Code on your reservation confirmation alternatively.

Entry/exit with the QR Code: 

After completing your booking you have received the QR Code by e-mail. Hold this code either in printed form or via your smartphone at the entry/exit barrier directly in front of the reader. The barrier opens automatically after a few seconds.
