At the end of the reservation you will receive an e-mail from the manager of the parking lot confirming with: 

- Summary of booking data 

- Parking access instructions 

- Instructions for any request to modify / cancel the reservation 

- Contacts of the operator

 To the parking 

Any changes in entry/exit with respect to the date and time of booking are possible and do not affect the amount and validity of the booking for the same duration of stay if you meet the following conditions 

1.  early entry:  if entry is anticipated for no more than 3 (three) hours 

2. delayed entry: if the entry is postponed by no more than 3 (three) hours; 

For any changes in the duration of the stay indicated in the e-mail booking confirmation: 

- if the exit is anticipated, there is no refund on the amount budgeted at the time of booking; 

- if the delayed exit is longer than the duration of the booked stay but within 3 (three) hours, there are no additional costs compared to the rate valid at the time of booking;

- if the delayed exit is longer than the booked duration of the stay beyond 3 (three) hours, the third will be calculated with the extra daily rate in force available in the General Conditions of the operator.
