IMPORTANT: Our car rental agency is not located at the airport, but nearby. A driver will bring the vehicle to the airport.
On arrival:
Make your way to the exits of your terminal.
If you land in Terminal 1, go to the airport exit in front of the flight gate.
If you are landing in Terminal 2, go to the airport exit in front of the flags (Burger King exit).
Presentation of your confirmation email: Show your confirmation email (mobile or printed version) to our staff, identifiable by their red uniforms with the Park and Greet logo.
After you have collected your luggage, call +34611163133. We will bring your car to the meeting point.
An agent will be waiting for you at the exit with your vehicle. You will be able to identify the agent by wearing a RED waistcoat.
The rental agent will verify your identity and the payment of the deposit.
The rental agent will check the condition of the vehicle with you (exit inspection).
You will pick up the keys and you can start your rental.
Attention! If you have not provided your flight number, the agent will wait for you at Terminal 2 following the instructions above.
Some details about the rental process:
The deposit must be paid before the rental. Without a deposit, the rental will not be possible.
The deposit amount will be pre-authorised on your credit card 72 hours before the booking or immediately if the booking is made earlier.
The vehicle must be returned in the same condition and with the same amount of fuel to avoid additional charges.
Please pay attention during the delivery and return inspection process to avoid any mistakes, departure and return inspections will be sent by email at the same time of completion.
You will need to present the following documents for each driver:
Your debit or credit card used for the deposit (must be in the name of the main driver).
A valid ID with the same name and address as the driving licence.
A valid driving licence for each driver of the vehicle (if your licence is in a foreign language, please provide an official translation).
For UK licences only, a "verification code" from the DVLA to enable the rental agent to verify the driving licence.
In case you are temporarily in the country you must present your driving licence together with your passport stating the date of entry into the country and this must be less than 6 months.
WARNING! Without these documents, our agents will not be able to deliver the vehicle to you.
